The Fern Hotels & Resorts, a leading eco-sensitive hospitality chain in India, has achieved a milestone by crossing the 10,000-room inventory mark. This feat follows the signing of four new properties in Lucknow, Navi Mumbai, Vadodara, and Gwalior, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to sustainable growth and exceptional hospitality.

In Lucknow, The Fern is set to open a 75-room hotel with modern amenities including banquet spaces, a pool, and a gym. Similarly, The Fern Nerul, Navi Mumbai, will feature 154 rooms and state-of-the-art facilities, making it a prime choice for business and leisure travelers.
The Fern Residency, Vadodara, will offer 83 rooms in the vibrant Alkapuri area, catering to corporate and social events with its versatile spaces. Meanwhile, Gwalior’s new Fern Residency will feature 100 rooms and premium amenities such as a spa and banquet venues, enhancing the hospitality landscape of this historic city.
