The project will be undertaken through the Asset SPV, K Raheja IT Park (Hyderabad) Limited (KRIT). The development will primarily comprise a ~330-key luxury hotel along with ancillary commercial spaces, subject to design finalisation and regulatory approvals. Once operational, this will become the third hotel within the Mindspace Madhapur Business Park campus.
