Olive by Embassy has announced its entry into Hyderabad with the launch of Olive Hotel – Hitech City, a 73-key property situated on the 100 ft road in Madhapur. Located in the heart of the city’s primary business district, the hotel offers easy access to major IT parks, corporate hubs and emerging lifestyle destinations.
The launch marks a key milestone in Olive’s expansion into major metro markets. With its strong base of multinational companies, a rapidly growing GCC ecosystem and enhanced air connectivity, the Hitech City–Gachibowli corridor remains one of India’s most active hospitality hubs.
Kahraman Yigit, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Olive by Embassy, said, “Hyderabad has emerged as a global centre for technology and enterprise. As multinational firms scale up and business travel increases, the city needs hospitality that is consistent, efficient and tech-enabled. Our entry into Hitech City reinforces Olive’s commitment to offering smart, organised accommodation.”
The G+7 property features modern rooms, a 45-seater restaurant and a fitness centre. True to Olive’s operational model, the hotel operates without a conventional front desk, instead using AI-based check-in, live video reception, cloud-driven service systems and smart room controls.
Hyderabad is a key focus of Olive’s South India expansion strategy, with plans to launch 10 hotels across Telangana over the next 12–18 months. Nationally, the brand aims to open 100 locations in 2026 as it continues strengthening its metro-market footprint.
